Leah represents a broad spectrum of clients across all industries, advising on climate, energy, and ESG policy. Prior to private consulting, she served as a Senior Policy Advocate for the California Chamber of Commerce, the largest broad-based business advocacy organisation in the State.
Her work includes policy expertise in the impact of ESG reporting and tracking, as well as carbon emissions reporting.
Leah has extensive experience lobbying before the California legislature, state and federal environmental agencies, and local municipalities.
Environmental Counsel
Leah counsels lenders, buyers, and developers on the risks and benefits of investing in previously contaminated land. She works with all parties to a transaction to ensure long-term viability and drive down risk.
Leah also represents parties on complex hazardous waste and petroleum cleanup sites. Working closely with her network of environmental consulting experts, she finds cost effective ways to achieve cleanups and reach settlement at Superfund, CERCLA, and other cleanup sites across the United States.
